Ximen Samora vs James Cruden

Boxing Daily Report from the Hands Promotions promoted show at The Grand Ballroom at The Plaza, New York City,  taking place on 27/06/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Ximen Samora (4 - 0) who hails from Carolina, Puerto Rico and James Cruden(12 - 20(2) - 1) from Calgary, Canada.  Both Samora and Cruden weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Catterson, and the three ringside judges are Seth Owens, Matthew Renwick and Isaac Isbister.  

Round 1: 

Samora advances into close range.  Cruden lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Samora attempts to land a left hook, but Cruden blocks the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Cruden connects with a cross.  
Cruden is looking to close the distance and throws a right hook, but the shot is blocked.  Cruden clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Samora pushes his forearm into Cruden's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Samora about fouling.  
Cruden lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Cruden hits home with a solid cross.  
Samora hits home with a right hook.  Cruden ties up his opponent.  Samora pushes his forearm into Cruden's face.  The ref breaks Cruden's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Samora walks Cruden down, trapping him in a corner.  Samora is on target with a left hook.  
Samora closes the distance and throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Samora is on target with a left hook.  
Cruden throws a right hook, but the shot is blocked.  Cruden ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Cruden pushes his forearm into Samora's face.  The referee warns Cruden and breaks the clinch.  
Samora walks Cruden into the corner.  Samora lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Cruden holds on to his opponent.  Samora is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Cruden's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Samora hits home with a right uppercut.  
Samora gets on the inside.  Cruden throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a cross.
