Boxing Daily Report from the Papugyan Promotions promoted show at Gomel Polanski, Gomel,  taking place on 15/07/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Belarus-East Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Beltelecom, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vikenti Shantyr (17 - 7(1)) who hails from Mogilev, Belarus and Yulian Duch(14 - 9(1) - 2) from Vitebsk, Belarus.  Both Shantyr and Duch weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Matviyko Voloshin, and the three ringside judges are Petro Taran, Vikenti Archacki and Symon Slusar.
