Boxing Daily Report from the Belpit Promo #5 promoted show at Patinoire des Vernets, Geneva,  taking place on 12/07/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Vizion Plus, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Glanville Slamville Platini (16(14) - 0) who hails from Lille, France and Volker Gaulke(10 - 5 - 1) from Basel, Switzerland.  Both Platini and Gaulke weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Varocher Desailly, and the three ringside judges are Montgomery Dujardin, Marcel Filipacchi and Flannery Ferro.  

Round 1: 

Platini lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Platini is looking to keep his distance and lands a cross, jab and an overhand right to his opponents head.  
Gaulke lands a jab.  
Platini is looking to keep his distance and lands a ramrod jab.  
Gaulke walks Platini onto the ropes.  Platini is on target with a hard jab.  
Platini lands with a stinging jab.  
Platini tries to keep the action at long range and finds the target with a jab.  
Platini feints a right, and then lands a hard jab.  Platini attempts to land an overhand right, but Gaulke sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Platini lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Gaulke steps inside.  Platini lands two right hook's to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Gaulke quickly recovers. 
Platini digs in a left hook to Gaulke's ribs.  
Platini pivots to the left of his opponent and drives a left hook into his opponents liver.  
Platini steps away from his opponent and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Gaulke manouvers Platini onto the ropes.  Platini hits the target with a hard jab.  
Gaulke is looking to close the distance.  Platini connects with a HUGE right hook.  GAULKE IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  HE IS STILL STRUGGLING TO HIS FEET AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Platini!
