Mortimer Phalle vs Algernon Bazin

Boxing Daily Report from the Belpit Promo #5 promoted show at Halle Georges Carpentier, Paris,  taking place on 25/07/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mortimer Ramrod Phalle (8(6) - 0) who hails from Port-de-Paix, Haiti and Algernon Bazin(9 - 6(1) - 3) from Bordeaux, France.  Both Phalle and Bazin weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Umber Lafon, and the three ringside judges are Holland Truffaut, Tugdual Duchesnay and Honore St. Vincent.  

Round 1: 

Phalle gets on the inside and is on target with a solid left uppercut to Bazin's body.  Phalle ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Phalle pushes his forearm into Bazin's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Phalle about fouling.  
Phalle gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Phalle lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Phalle ties up his opponent.  Phalle pushes his forearm into Bazin's face.  The referee warns Phalle and breaks the clinch.  
Phalle gets on the inside and walks Bazin into the corner.  Phalle lands a solid right hook.  
Phalle is on target with a sharp right hook.  
Phalle gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Bazin almost instantly recovers. 
Phalle throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Phalle lands a right hook to the body followed by two jab's to the head.  
Phalle lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Bazin leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Phalle accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Bazin.  Phalle connects with a stinging cross.  
Phalle lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Phalle quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a sharp cross.  
Phalle closes the distance.  Phalle is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Phalle has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Phalle lands a left hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Phalle lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut, right uppercut and a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Phalle holds on to his opponent.  Phalle leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Bazin attempts to land a right hook, but Phalle sidesteps and counters with a solid cross.  
Phalle closes the distance and digs in a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Phalle drives a solid left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Phalle lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND KNOCKS BAZIN DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Phalle lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Phalle connects with a powerful cross.  BAZIN IS HURT!  
The right shot from Phalle could be enough to force the stoppage!  Phalle is on target with a VICIOUS left uppercut.  DOWN GOES BAZIN!  HE REMAINS ON THE CANVAS AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Phalle!
