Santiago Quintanar vs Jose Merin

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-San Luis Potosi promoted show at Bronco Farin Gym, San Luis Potosi,  taking place on 25/06/2031:

Clearly AI Mexico-San Luis Potosi have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-San Luis Potosi Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Quintanar (13 - 9 - 5) who hails from San Luis Potosi, Mexico and Jose Merin(15 - 8 - 4) from San Luis Potosi, Mexico.  Quintanar weighed in at 112 pounds and 7 ounces, while Merin weighed in at 111 pounds and 13 ounces.    As Quintanar came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Torno, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Torno, Diego Anzures and Joaquin Calixto.
