Lucas Riquilaerdt vs Rene Piers

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Netherlands-North Holland promoted show at Amsterdam Geerstekoorn, Amsterdam,  taking place on 26/06/2031:

Clearly AI Netherlands-North Holland have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Netherlands-North Holland Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lucas Riquilaerdt (10 - 7(1) - 3) who hails from Amsterdam, Netherlands and Rene Piers(8 - 14(1) - 3) from Amsterdam, Netherlands.  Riquilaerdt weighed in at 167 pounds and 14 ounces, while Piers weighed in at 168 pounds and 7 ounces.    As Piers came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Jantje Geerstekoorn, and the three ringside judges are Tone de Beule, Timo Schottyn and Mikael Meuleman.
