Mark Clay vs David Cummins

Boxing Daily Report from the Adams Promotions promoted show at Omaha McFarlane, Omaha,  taking place on 30/07/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Nebraska Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Clay (17 - 9 - 3) who hails from Lincoln, USA and David Cummins(6 - 0 - 1) from Lincoln, USA.  Both Clay and Cummins weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kris Clingan, and the three ringside judges are Arran Fyfe, Lucas Doyle and Lucas Doyle.  

Round 1: 

Cummins is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Cummins closes the distance and forces Clay to back into the ropes.  Cummins lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.

Cummins tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Clay behind the head. Cummins uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Clay's kidney. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
