Naftali Sau vs Ricky Maingi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Kisumu promoted show at Kisumu Kahangi, Kisumu,  taking place on 02/08/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Kenya-Kisumu Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Naftali Sau (6(1) - 0 - 1) who hails from Kisumu, Kenya and Ricky Maingi(5 - 1 - 2) from Kisumu, Kenya.  Sau weighed in at 175 pounds, while Maingi weighed in at 174 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Udenwa Lalang, and the three ringside judges are Mick Mutu, Mark Lavatsa and David Macgoye.
