Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at National Guard Armory, Grand Rapids,  taking place on 16/08/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Ian Bride (5 - 0) who hails from Saint Paul, USA and Ashley Meylor(1 - 1 - 1) from Boston, USA.  Both Bride and Meylor weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leighton Dempsey, and the three ringside judges are Jacob Herritt, James Haddow and Floyd Solinski.  

Round 1: 

Meylor connects with a left hook.  
Bride closes the distance.  Meylor tries to land a right hook, but Bride dodges the shot and counters with a cross.
