Jasper Jack vs Rehman Kazmi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Australia-Victoria promoted show at Melbourne Glenn, Melbourne,  taking place on 14/08/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Victoria Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jasper Jack (11 - 10(1) - 4) who hails from Melbourne, Australia and Rehman Kazmi(6 - 10(3)) from Melbourne, Australia.  Jack weighed in at 134 pounds and 5 ounces, while Kazmi weighed in at 134 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is John Kissick, and the three ringside judges are James Christou, Mark Costine and Leeroy Nicolaides.  

Round 1: 

Kazmi forces Jack to retreat onto the ropes.  Kazmi digs in a solid right hook to his opponents ribs.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Kazmi.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
