John Keane vs Michael Lagana

Boxing Daily Report from the Payakaroon Boxing Entertainment promoted show at University of the Sunshine Coast, Sunshine Coast,  taking place on 23/08/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Australia-Queensland Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SBS1, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Keane (7 - 7 - 1) who hails from Brisbane, Australia and Michael Lagana(5 - 14 - 4) from Brisbane, Australia.  Keane weighed in at 134 pounds and 10 ounces, while Lagana weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Barry Forbes, and the three ringside judges are Robert Reekie, Dave Evan and James Westwood.
