Alvino Pomar vs Santiago Lozada

Boxing Daily Report from the Mwase Promotions promoted show at Santiago Gomez, Santiago,  taking place on 16/08/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Chile-Santiago Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alvino Pomar (9 - 2 - 2) who hails from La Florida, Chile and Santiago Lozada(12 - 13 - 3) from Maipu, Chile.  Pomar weighed in at 247 pounds and 14 ounces, while Lozada weighed in at 249 pounds and 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Hilario Britto, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Cubas, Alejandro Aguiniga and Porfio Cristobal.  

Round 1: 

Pomar pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a left hook.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Pomar dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Pomar.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Pomar steps to the outside and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Pomar tries to keep the action at long range and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Lozada advances into close range.  Pomar pivots to the left of his opponent.  Lozada connects with a right uppercut.
