Ramiro Puerto vs Xeres Balandra

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-South Cotabato promoted show at General Santos Martinez, General Santos,  taking place on 16/08/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-South Cotabato Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ramiro Puerto (17 - 1) who hails from General Santos, Philippines and Xeres Balandra(23 - 10 - 7) from General Santos, Philippines.  Both Puerto and Balandra weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zelipe Okala, and the three ringside judges are Rio Licud, Steven Alpay and Joaquin Dalao.
