John Williston vs Roger MacLachlan

Boxing Daily Report from the Pearlnew Promotions promoted show at Echo Arena, Liverpool,  taking place on 06/09/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the British Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are John Williston (13(7) - 1) who hails from Cardiff, UK and Roger MacLachlan(7 - 17(3) - 5) from Leicester, UK.  Williston weighed in at 121 pounds And 15 ounces, while MacLachlan weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Harry Seward, and the three ringside judges are Matt McFee, Tobias Moffit and Andy Dudgeon.  

Round 1: 

MacLachlan throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a firm cross.
