Ioakim Merckulov vs Bilal Otaroff

Boxing Daily Report from the Bariagher Promotions promoted show at Almaty Oralbecow, Almaty,  taking place on 24/07/2031:

Clearly Bariagher Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kazakhstan-Almaty Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ioakim Merckulov (5 - 7 - 3) who hails from Almaty, Kazakhstan and Bilal Otaroff(11 - 16(2)) from Almaty, Kazakhstan.  Merckulov weighed in at 122 pounds, while Otaroff weighed in at 121 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Andrii Iclassow, and the three ringside judges are Ahmed Casymbecow, Fadei Sagyndycow and Vikenti Ghajlauov.
