Rehan Salman vs Leeroy Kalu

Boxing Daily Report from the Konga Promotions promoted show at Konga Gym, Nairobi,  taking place on 24/07/2031:

Clearly Konga Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Nairobi Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rehan Salman (9 - 18(1) - 3) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Leeroy Kalu(14 - 3) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both Salman and Kalu weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Changeywo, and the three ringside judges are Amon Ngoche, Paul Chelanga and Sam Waiyaki.  

Round 1: 

Kalu steps inside.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Kalu.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
