Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Philadelphia Normandeau, Philadelphia,  taking place on 02/08/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Inigo Mortimer (5(2) - 0) who hails from Philadelphia, USA and Scott Christopher(1 - 2) from New York City, USA.  Both Mortimer and Christopher weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Colin Blood, and the three ringside judges are Ben Begue, Stuart Briar and Patrick Nolette.

Christopher pivots to the side of his opponent.  Mortimer throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Mortimer is looking to close the distance and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  Mortimer ties up his opponent.  Mortimer is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Mortimer's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Christopher's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Christopher's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
