Daichi Mano vs Hitoshi Shimamoto

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Osaka promoted show at Osaka Miyoshi, Osaka,  taking place on 23/08/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Osaka Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Daichi Mano (2 - 7 - 2) who hails from Osaka, Japan and Hitoshi Shimamoto(5 - 9 - 2) from Osaka, Japan.  Mano weighed in at 160 pounds, while Shimamoto weighed in at 159 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Takeo Hora, and the three ringside judges are Mitsuru Kanai, Takeshi Katayama and Keiichi Goto.
