Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Cebu promoted show at Cebu City Lapitan, Cebu City,  taking place on 27/08/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-Cebu Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fresco Tugade (21(1) - 8(3)) who hails from Mandaue, Philippines and Ryo Katigbak(18 - 11 - 3) from Cebu City, Philippines.  Tugade weighed in at 126 pounds, while Katigbak weighed in at 125 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Connor Calapatia, and the three ringside judges are Ricardo Olvera, Miguel Gannod and Billy Cendejas.
