Rikard Geloes vs Lance Aime

Boxing Daily Report from the Belpit Promo #5 promoted show at Stade Justin Peeters, Brussels,  taking place on 18/09/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Well Hard Rikard Geloes (11(5) - 0) who hails from Vienna, Austria and Lance Aime(11 - 11 - 3) from Liege, Belgium.  Both Geloes and Aime weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Forrest Marques, and the three ringside judges are Vernon Bobet, Saber de Lisle and Beau Filipacchi.  

Round 1: 

Geloes steps inside and hits home with a right uppercut.  Geloes clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Geloes pushes his forearm into Aime's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Geloes lands a right uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.  Geloes ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Geloes pushes his forearm into Aime's face.  The referee warns Geloes and breaks the clinch.  
Geloes circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  Aime lands a cross.  
Geloes advances into close range.  Geloes pivots to the right of his opponent and drives a sharp right uppercut into Aime's ribcage.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Aime dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Geloes closes the distance and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Geloes switches the action to the outside and is on target with a hard jab.  
Geloes gets on the inside and connects with a solid right hook.  
Geloes connects with a left hook.  Geloes holds on to his opponent.  Geloes uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Aime's kidney. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Geloes forces Aime to back into the blue corner.  Aime throws a left hook, but Geloes ties up his opponent.  Geloes leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Geloes lands a right hook.  
Geloes lands a left hook.  
Geloes lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Geloes pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a sharp cross.  
Geloes closes the distance and hits home with a sharp left uppercut.  
Geloes hits home with a right hook.  
Geloes lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Geloes lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Geloes dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Geloes pivots to the left of his opponent.  Geloes lands a right uppercut to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a right hook to the body.  Geloes ties up his opponent.  Aime is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Aime to stop fouling.  
Aime is looking to keep his distance and tries to land an overhand right, but Geloes slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Geloes quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands with a stiff jab.  
Geloes gets on the inside and connects with a stinging left hook.  
Geloes lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Geloes advances into close range and lands a stinging right uppercut.  
Geloes gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Geloes clinches his opponent.  Geloes leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Aime's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.

Geloes pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a right uppercut.

Geloes pivots from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut.  
Aime tries to step out of his opponents range.  Geloes sidesteps to the right of his opponent and hits the target with a ramrod jab.  
Geloes lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head.  
Geloes is on target with a stinging left hook to Aime's body.  
Geloes manouvers Aime into a neutral corner.  Geloes is on target with a left uppercut.  
Geloes lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Aime recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Geloes lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Geloes steps inside and connects with a solid right hook.  
Geloes sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

Aime manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Aime pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a cross.  
Geloes gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body, AND AIME IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Some sustained pressure from Geloes could be enough to finish Aime!  Geloes lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body followed by a cross to the head, KNOCKING AIME DOWN!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Geloes!
