Bruce Hughes vs Elliot Cain

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Oregon promoted show at Oregon State Fair & Expo Center Cascade Hall, Salem,  taking place on 05/09/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Pacific Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bruce Hughes (27(11) - 4) who hails from Portland, USA and Elliot Cain(22 - 4) from Portland, USA.  Hughes weighed in at 130 pounds, while Cain weighed in at 128 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is William Terrace, and the three ringside judges are Gregor Riach, Joe Rainey and James Mardock.  

Round 1: 

Hughes pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a cross to the head followed by a left hook to the body.
