Gareth Briar vs Mason Roderick

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at The Armory, Minneapolis,  taking place on 08/11/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Minnesota Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gareth Briar (16(1) - 1 - 3) who hails from Minneapolis, USA and Mason Roderick(25 - 4 - 2) from Minneapolis, USA.  Both Briar and Roderick weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Phil Bertel, and the three ringside judges are Zachary Mattus, David Scholar and Brad Dey.  

Round 1:
