Chancellor Sebastian vs Sam Higgins

Boxing Daily Report from the Hennessy Boxing promoted show at Spotland Stadium, Manchester,  taking place on 27/09/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Western Europe Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Channel 5, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Chancellor Sebastian (36(13) - 13(8)) who hails from Roubaix, France and Sam Higgins(25(12) - 1) from Dublin, Ireland.  Both Sebastian and Higgins weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Llewellyn, and the three ringside judges are Deri Hare, Hayden Ritchey and Mark Clark.
