Franklin Ardant vs Percival Perec

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Belgium-Capital Region promoted show at Franchot Fauteux Gym, Brussels,  taking place on 15/08/2031:

Clearly AI Belgium-Capital Region have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Belgium-Capital Region Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Franklin Ardant (13 - 17 - 5) who hails from Brussels, Belgium and Percival Perec(2 - 5 - 2) from Anderlecht, Belgium.  Ardant weighed in at 130 pounds and 13 ounces, while Perec weighed in at 130 pounds.    As Ardant came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Mallory Flores, and the three ringside judges are Xebec Oyer, Alain Jobert and Tujan Millot.
