Leighton Spedden vs Santiago Muno

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at The Armory, Minneapolis,  taking place on 08/11/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leighton Spedden (16 - 0) who hails from Saint Paul, USA and Santiago Muno(8 - 6 - 10) from Santiago de Cuba, Cuba.  Spedden weighed in at 240 pounds and 14 ounces, while Muno weighed in at 242 pounds and 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Phil Bertel, and the three ringside judges are David Scholar, Zachary Mattus and Brad Dey.  

Round 1: 

Spedden gets on the inside and lands a right hook.  
Muno advances into close range.  Spedden sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Muno tries to land a right hook, but Spedden blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.

Spedden pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Spedden is on target with a left hook to Muno's body.  Spedden clinches his opponent.  Muno pushes his forearm into Spedden's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Spedden quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Spedden backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Muno tries to tag Spedden on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  
Muno advances into close range.  Spedden lands a left hook.

Muno steps inside.  Frustration is starting to boil over for Muno now.   He advances forward with head down and it catches Spedden in the face!  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  The ref halts the action and sends Spedden to the neutral corner.    He tells Muno to clean up his game.  The ref's patience seems to be wearing thin.  
Spedden lands two left hooks followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Spedden clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Spedden pushes his forearm into Muno's face.  The referee warns Spedden and breaks the clinch.
