Zuffur Omer vs John Luna

Boxing Daily Report from the Forficula Promotion promoted show at Jonathan Club, Los Angeles,  taking place on 12/10/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zuffur Omer (2 - 10 - 1) who hails from Albuquerque, USA and John Luna(6 - 2) from New Orleans, USA.  Both Omer and Luna weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joey Catherwood, and the three ringside judges are John Dickie, Sam Gaddie and George Stackpoole.  

Round 1: 

Luna closes the distance and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Luna lands a left hook.  
Omer throws a right hook, but Luna ties up his opponent.  Luna pushes his forearm into Omer's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Luna digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Luna is on target with a left hook.  
Luna steps inside and connects with a right hook.  
Luna steps inside and lands a right uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body.  Luna ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Luna pushes his forearm into Omer's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Omer lands a cross.  Omer throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Luna advances into close range and connects with a left hook.  
Luna lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  Luna holds on to his opponent.  Luna is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Luna and breaks the clinch.  
Omer gets on the inside.  Luna pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.  
Luna is on target with a left hook.  
Luna lands a left hook.  Luna clinches his opponent.  Luna is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Luna is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Luna.  
Luna throws a left hook, but his opponent steps away from the punch.  Luna ties up his opponent.  Luna leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Luna throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Luna lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Luna steps inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Luna digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Luna manouvers his opponent into a corner.  Luna hits home with a left uppercut.  As Omer tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Luna.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.  
Luna lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  
Luna throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Omer's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.
