Mikio Sugai vs Yasushi Okabe

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Chiba promoted show at Matsudo Seto, Matsudo,  taking place on 19/09/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Chiba Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mikio Sugai (12 - 4 - 1) who hails from Kashiwa, Japan and Yasushi Okabe(13 - 3(1)) from Matsudo, Japan.  Sugai weighed in at 139 pounds and 6 ounces, while Okabe weighed in at 139 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mikio Gima, and the three ringside judges are Kazuhiko Sakaguchi, Yoshi Oh and Yoshi Uehara.  

Round 1:
