Rico Alexandre vs Carlos Tavera

Boxing Daily Report from the Sumito Urayama's KO Kings promoted show at Arena Barueri, Sao Paulo,  taking place on 08/11/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Americas Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SporTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rico The Law Alexandre (30(10) - 7(4)) who hails from Manaus, Brazil and Carlos Tavera(26(5) - 4) from Paterson, USA.  Both Alexandre and Tavera weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Angel Rodrigues, and the three ringside judges are Angel Fagundes, Fanuco Chico and Santiago Ramos.

Alexandre holds on to his opponent.  Tavera is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Tavera.  
Alexandre switches the action to the outside.  Tavera knows Alexandre is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Tavera is on target with a WICKED right hook.  ALEXANDRE IS DOWN!  HE IS UNABLE TO GET UP BEFORE THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Tavera!
