Zach Gilmer vs Theo Smailes

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Idaho promoted show at James Lloyd Gym, Boise,  taking place on 23/09/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Mountain West Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zach Gilmer (10 - 10 - 3) who hails from Boise, USA and Theo Smailes(9 - 18(2) - 2) from Aurora, USA.  Both Gilmer and Smailes weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sam Summerfield, and the three ringside judges are Jacob Mains, Malcolm Lyell and Sam Summerfield.  

Round 1: 

Gilmer throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Smailes steps inside.  Gilmer throws a right uppercut, but Smailes ties up his opponent.  Gilmer throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Gilmer throws a left hook, but Smailes holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Smailes pushes his forearm into Gilmer's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Gilmer lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Smailes clinches his opponent.  Gilmer pushes his forearm into Smailes's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Smailes walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Smailes tries to land a left hook, but Gilmer parries the shot and counters with a right hook.
