Xaverius Merino vs Alejandro Diaz

Boxing Daily Report from the Kalinaki Promotions promoted show at Cartagena Rogero, Cartagena,  taking place on 09/10/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Colombia-Santander Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xaverius Merino (16 - 11 - 4) who hails from Bucaramanga, Colombia and Alejandro Diaz(2 - 3) from Floridablanca, Colombia.  Both Merino and Diaz weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Betancur, and the three ringside judges are Angel Salmeron, Jose Roa and Seferino Zapata.
