Mfon Oboabona vs Hope Alooma

Boxing Daily Report from the Munatamba Promotions promoted show at Waleed Mohammed Gym, Benin City,  taking place on 27/08/2031:

Clearly Munatamba Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Edo State Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mfon Oboabona (7 - 5) who hails from Benin City, Nigeria and Hope Alooma(8 - 11(2) - 3) from Uromi, Nigeria.  Oboabona weighed in at 140 pounds, while Alooma weighed in at 139 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Akeem Kabokeme, and the three ringside judges are Brendan Lasbrey, Prince Ekpoki and Yakubu Ezeifekaibeya.
