Sierra De Gonia vs Diego Almanza

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Peru-Lima promoted show at Lima Moreno, Lima,  taking place on 29/08/2031:

Clearly AI Peru-Lima have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Peru-Lima Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sierra De Gonia (16 - 13(4)) who hails from Lima, Peru and Diego Almanza(15(3) - 10(3) - 1) from Lima, Peru.  Both De Gonia and Almanza weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rodrigo Jiron, and the three ringside judges are Guido Lucido, Enzo Pinero and Joaquin Florentino.  

Round 1: 

Almanza is looking to close the distance and hits home with a firm left hook.

De Gonia lands a left uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Almanza steps inside.  Almanza drives a right uppercut into De Gonia's body.  Almanza clinches his opponent.  Almanza pushes his forearm into De Gonia's face.  The referee warns Almanza and breaks the clinch.  
De Gonia is on target with a left uppercut to Almanza's ribs.  
De Gonia throws a right hook, but Almanza clinches his opponent.  Almanza leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
De Gonia steps to the outside.  De Gonia feints a jab, but Almanza is not fooled and lands with a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Almanza advances into close range and digs in a stinging right hook to De Gonia's ribcage.  
Almanza closes the distance.  De Gonia pivots to the right of his opponent.  Almanza lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Almanza lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Almanza lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Almanza throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...De Gonia's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.
