Paul Caragay vs Santiago Sagudan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Cebu promoted show at Cebu City Lapitan, Cebu City,  taking place on 29/08/2031:

Clearly AI Philippines-Cebu have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Cebu Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Paul Caragay (7 - 19 - 6) who hails from Cebu City, Philippines and Santiago Sagudan(17(4) - 4(1) - 2) from Cebu City, Philippines.  Both Caragay and Sagudan weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jair Puyot, and the three ringside judges are Fanuco Mejias, Connor Calapatia and Justin Pesigan.  

Round 1: 

Sagudan pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Sagudan pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He then lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Caragay hits home with a right hook.  
Sagudan advances into close range.  Sagudan pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Sagudan lands a stinging right uppercut.  
Sagudan pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  He then lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Sagudan gets on the inside and hits home with a solid left hook.  
Sagudan switches the action to the outside and is on target with a solid jab.  
Sagudan lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Sagudan closes the distance.  Sagudan pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Sagudan forces Caragay to back into the ropes.  Sagudan sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents liver.  
Sagudan advances into close range.  Sagudan sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Caragay throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a solid left hook.  
Sagudan manages to force Caragay onto the ropes.  Sagudan pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a solid left hook.  
Caragay is looking to keep the action on the outside and attempts to land a cross, but Sagudan slips the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Caragay's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Caragay's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Caragay's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Sagudan closes the distance.  Sagudan retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Caragay steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  
Sagudan is looking to close the distance and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head, AND SENDS CARAGAY TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Caragay almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Sagudan is on target with a solid left hook.  
Sagudan steps inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Caragay sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Caragay attempts to land a right hook, but Sagudan dodges the shot and counters with a solid left hook.
