Paul Katigbak vs Ian Caras

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Cebu promoted show at Cebu City Lapitan, Cebu City,  taking place on 29/08/2031:

Clearly AI Philippines-Cebu have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Cebu Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Paul Katigbak (13 - 10 - 4) who hails from Lapu-Lapu, Philippines and Ian Caras(4 - 10 - 4) from Mandaue, Philippines.  Katigbak weighed in at 140 pounds, while Caras weighed in at 139 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jair Puyot, and the three ringside judges are Fanuco Mejias, Justin Pesigan and Connor Calapatia.
