Diego Almas vs Zelipe Marto

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Davao del Sur promoted show at Cris Chairez Gym, Davao City,  taking place on 29/08/2031:

Clearly AI Philippines-Davao del Sur have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Davao del Sur Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Almas (12 - 7 - 4) who hails from Davao City, Philippines and Zelipe Marto(10 - 8 - 5) from Davao City, Philippines.  Both Almas and Marto weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Elias Rabanal, and the three ringside judges are Alano Salop, Ben Dulay and Cody Real.  

Round 1: 

Almas steps away from his opponent.  Marto throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.

Marto gets on the inside and connects with a right hook.  Almas holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Almas pushes his forearm into Marto's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Almas.

Marto advances into close range and is on target with a left hook.  Almas ties up his opponent.  Marto pushes his forearm into Almas's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
