John Stilley vs Gareth Pugh

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Arizona promoted show at Rob Rust Gym, Mesa,  taking place on 02/09/2031:

Clearly AI USA-Arizona have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Arizona Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Stilley (9 - 11 - 1) who hails from Tucson, USA and Gareth Pugh(1 - 16 - 2) from Phoenix, USA.  Both Stilley and Pugh weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zachary Davies, and the three ringside judges are Paul Lowrey, Esteban Montesano and James Nesbit.

Stilley forces Pugh to retreat onto the ropes.  Stilley hits home with a right hook.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Stilley.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
