Jonathan Mapfumo vs Richard Manyika

Boxing Daily Report from the Quartey Promotions promoted show at Harare Sadiki, Harare,  taking place on 03/09/2031:

Clearly Quartey Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Zimbabwe Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Joy TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jonathan Mapfumo (15 - 9 - 2) who hails from Harare, Zimbabwe and Richard Manyika(17 - 7 - 3) from Chitungwiza, Zimbabwe.  Mapfumo weighed in at 168 pounds, while Manyika weighed in at 168 pounds And 14 ounces.    As Manyika came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Roger Breytenbach, and the three ringside judges are Roger Breytenbach, Bradley Masunda and Stephen Mubako.
