Mel Cowans vs William Walker

Boxing Daily Report from the Darko Promotions promoted show at Nashville Lindsay, Nashville,  taking place on 01/10/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Tennessee Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mel Cowans (33(7) - 1) who hails from Memphis, USA and William Walker(25(1) - 3(2)) from Nashville, USA.  Cowans weighed in at 239 pounds and 7 ounces, while Walker weighed in at 225 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Robert Davidson, and the three ringside judges are Ian Dean, John Cranston and Kris Breck.
