Chris Steen vs Davie Kinihe

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Canterbury promoted show at Christchurch Ngakaho, Christchurch,  taking place on 04/10/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the New Zealand-Canterbury Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris Steen (8 - 7 - 4) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Davie Kinihe(7 - 2 - 5) from Christchurch, New Zealand.  Steen weighed in at 174 pounds and 10 ounces, while Kinihe weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joshua Dallis, and the three ringside judges are Dave Pera, Corey Stobie and Ian Fergerson.
