Forrest Noel vs Angel Cotto

Boxing Daily Report from the All Talk Promotions promoted show at Premier Inn Dublin Airport Hotel, Dublin,  taking place on 11/10/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the WRBA Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Ireland, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Forrest Noel (34(1) - 7(4) - 1) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Angel Cotto(38(1) - 3 - 2) from Tallaght, Ireland.  Both Noel and Cotto weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carl MacRae, and the three ringside judges are Clinton MacAdam, Thomas Burke and Joshua MacCarthy.
