Mehdi Aghakhanov vs Siraj Noor

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Azerbaijan-Lankaran promoted show at Masally Mirkasumov, Masally,  taking place on 13/09/2031:

Clearly AI Azerbaijan-Lankaran have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan-Lankaran Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mehdi Aghakhanov (2 - 14 - 3) who hails from Lankaran, Azerbaijan and Siraj Noor(4 - 4(1) - 3) from Lankaran, Azerbaijan.  Both Aghakhanov and Noor weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rais Gadjibabayev, and the three ringside judges are Ismet Hassen, Fakhri Agamirov and Orkhan Mehdiyev.
