Amon Haden vs John MacConnell

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Illinois promoted show at Chicago Zale, Chicago,  taking place on 12/10/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Illinois Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Amon Haden (13 - 11 - 4) who hails from Chicago, USA and John MacConnell(17 - 12(2) - 5) from Joliet, USA.  Haden weighed in at 126 pounds, while MacConnell weighed in at 125 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is John Oman, and the three ringside judges are Matt Preddy, Jordan Protheroe and Chris Hollinger.  

Round 1: 

MacConnell steps inside.  MacConnell pivots to the right of his opponent and lands two right hooks followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.
