Kazim Khalilov vs Vasif Rafiq

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Azerbaijan-Absheron promoted show at Baku Guliev, Baku,  taking place on 15/10/2031:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Azerbaijan Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IQTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kazim Khalilov (20 - 13(2) - 2) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Vasif Rafiq(22(2) - 9(3) - 1) from Ganja, Azerbaijan.  Khalilov weighed in at 175 pounds And 10 ounces, while Rafiq weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mammad Akbarov, and the three ringside judges are Yasaf Mahmudov, Samad Farra and Imam Rahaim.
