Eiji Okada vs Hajime Yoshinaga

Boxing Daily Report from the Koranteng Promotions promoted show at Sapporo Obi, Sapporo,  taking place on 25/10/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Hokkaido Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Eiji Okada (13(5) - 0) who hails from Asahikawa, Japan and Hajime Yoshinaga(9 - 9 - 1) from Asahikawa, Japan.  Okada weighed in at 249 pounds and 2 ounces, while Yoshinaga weighed in at 245 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kyo Kawabata, and the three ringside judges are Eiji Aoki, Daichi Hirayama and Satoru Yasui.  

Round 1:

Okada is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.  He then lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Okada pivots from in front of his opponent.  Okada tries to land a cross, but Yoshinaga dodges the shot and counters with a cross.
