Carlos Asuncion vs Manuel Botengan

Boxing Daily Report from the Kamuntu Promotions promoted show at Lapu-Lapu Salumbides, Lapu-Lapu,  taking place on 29/10/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Cebu Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Asuncion (20 - 9 - 3) who hails from Lapu-Lapu, Philippines and Manuel Botengan(8 - 18 - 1) from Cebu City, Philippines.  Asuncion weighed in at 160 pounds, while Botengan weighed in at 159 pounds And 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Miguel Gannod, and the three ringside judges are Porfio Larez, Emanuel Pansoy and Mike Olalia.
