Manny Rosete vs Orlando Monzon

Boxing Daily Report from the Los Moreco Promotions promoted show at Estadio La Veranera, Leon,  taking place on 01/12/2031:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  Also on the line is the Nicaragua Welterweight.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ESTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Manny Rosete (10(6) - 0) who hails from Managua, Nicaragua and Orlando Monzon(13(9) - 0 - 1(NC)) from Masaya, Nicaragua.  Both Rosete and Monzon weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Marco Sabio, and the three ringside judges are Diego Cuesta, Guillermo Eusebio and Fraco Tafoya.  

Round 1: 

Rosete tries to land a cross, but Monzon parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Rosete sidesteps to the left of his opponent and hits home with a sharp cross.  
Rosete pivots from in front of his opponent.  Rosete attempts to land a left hook, but Monzon blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Rosete closes the distance and throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Monzon feints a cross, but Rosete is not fooled and is on target with a solid right uppercut.
