Richie Kombo vs Herreman Retief

Boxing Daily Report from the South African Boxers promoted show at Standard Bank Arena, Johannesburg,  taking place on 26/12/2031:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the South Africa-Gauteng Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Richie Kombo (13 - 0) who hails from Germiston, South Africa and Herreman Retief(11 - 0) from Boksburg, South Africa.  Kombo weighed in at 125 pounds And 14 ounces, while Retief weighed in at 125 pounds And 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Bongani Zungu, and the three ringside judges are Quaddus Rascalimu, William Ekstein and Tshepo Dikgacoi.
