Oleos Villaverde vs Rico Benito

Boxing Daily Report from the Los Moreco Promotions promoted show at Fiesta Latina Centro Comercial, San Jose,  taking place on 05/12/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TD+, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Oleos Villaverde (14(5) - 0) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Rico Benito(8 - 11 - 2) from Guatemala City, Guatemala.  Both Villaverde and Benito weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Esteban Macario, and the three ringside judges are Neron Munoz, Fraco Dario and Marco Leo.  

Round 1: 

Villaverde sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Villaverde lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Villaverde ties up his opponent.  Villaverde pushes his forearm into Benito's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Villaverde to stop fouling.
