Naoki Kawashima vs Hiroki Higa

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Fukuoka promoted show at ACROS Arena Hall, Fukuoka,  taking place on 19/11/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Fukuoka Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Naoki Kawashima (12 - 4) who hails from Kitakyushu, Japan and Hiroki Higa(10(1) - 1) from Fukuoka, Japan.  Kawashima weighed in at 199 pounds And 11 ounces, while Higa weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Satoshi Murata, and the three ringside judges are Hisao Kamei, Hisoka Iwasaki and Ryuu Komatsu.
