Neper Higuera vs Paul Devlin

Boxing Daily Report from the Mr. Vicious promoted show at National Stadium, Dublin,  taking place on 23/11/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Neper Higuera (5(3) - 0) who hails from Leon, Mexico and Paul Devlin(12 - 7 - 4) from Limerick, Ireland.  Both Higuera and Devlin weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Eoghan Markey, and the three ringside judges are Paul Healy, Rob Nesmith and Steven Stewart.
